We are at a loss.

This is Asher. He is the sweetest 13-year-old boy. He slipped and fell, resulting in a hip luxation that cannot be stabilized through his vet. We instantly took him to the emergency vet, who gave him pain meds. The next day, we took him to the vet who did X-rays and tried to put the hip back into the socket, but it would not stay. They believe that surgery is our next option. We have an appointment tomorrow, and they quoted us a $2100 estimate for his possible surgery. Asher is in good health and will do well under surgery, but we are struggling with the financial cost of this possible surgery after the money from these two visits.
