Urgent Surgery Needed for Abandoned Bird

This sweet little guy landed on my friends head at work. I’m fostering him while I look for his owner. After taking him to the vet I am convinced his owners let him go in the wild intentionally because he needed surgery. He has a growing tumor on his back and requires surgery before it grows to a size that is not operable. He is the sweetest bird and I would love to give him a chance to love a healthy happy life. Sadly this is definitely not in my budget right now. So I’m putting it out there in hopes that with enough small contributions I can get them the help they need.
