My name is Adam , and I’m asking for help for my brother.

This is not easy for me to write. I’m not the type of person who asks for help, but right now I don’t have another choice.

My brother has been diagnosed with cancer. Hearing those words changed everything for our family. One day life was normal, and the next day we were facing hospital visits, tests, fear, and uncertainty about the future.

The doctors told us that surgery is needed, and the cost is $10,000. Unfortunately, we don’t have that kind of money. Our insurance does not cover everything, and the remaining cost is more than we can handle.

I am currently working two jobs, doing everything I possibly can. I work long hours, I don’t rest much, and every dollar I earn goes toward helping my family. Even with two jobs, it’s still not enough to reach this amount in time. Cancer does not wait, and neither can we.

My brother is a strong person. He is fighting every day, staying positive, and believing that he will get through this. As his brother, it hurts knowing that money is the only thing standing between him and the surgery he needs.
