Hi, my name is Megan and I am raising funds for my dog Rocco. He’s a 9-month-old Yorkiepoo with tons of life in him. He has something called a luxating patella. They informed us of this when we got him at 3 months, but said that it’s common and pets rarely need the surgery.

We noticed this past month his leg was in a lot of pain, so when I took him back to the vet, they told me he would need the surgery as soon as possible, and the longer I wait, the worse his leg will get. I love him more than anything; he's like my son, but I simply can’t afford the surgery. They told me if I can’t afford it, I would either have to give him away to a family that could give him the surgery or put him down because of the pain he will be in.
