We are reaching out during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced.

Our beloved mother,Melahat Pınar Görgün, is currently battling serious complications related to cancer that has affected her brain. According to her most recent MRI, doctors have identified a 3 mm lesion that requires urgent medical attention. She is also experiencing disruptions in the flow of brain fluid, a condition that can quickly become life-threatening if not treated promptly.

Although the lesion is small, its location and the associated fluid buildup make this situation critical. Her doctors have made it clear that timely intervention is essential to prevent further progression and to protect her brain function.

She is currently in **Turkey**, where she is undergoing evaluation and preparing for the urgent surgery she needs. While we are hopeful, the cost of surgery, hospitalization, ongoing treatment, and recovery is overwhelming for our family.

We are doing everything we can, but we cannot do this alone.
