Update: the Surgeon has seen Mickey this morning and has put any surgery on hold and follow up next week with more X-rays! Thank you all for your support and I will continue to update everyone !

Our 19 week old Cockapoo missed his steps coming down from the bed on 10/21. This little guy landed so hard that he fractured/broke his right front leg. After his X-rays at the vet last night we were advised Mickey has a fracture of the radius and ulna, 2 bones in his forearm were displaced. He cannot walk on his foot without crying and in so much pain for such a tiny guy he is. Mickey is currently waiting on his surgery at 7 am on 10/23 at Newtown Veterinary specialties at 52 church hill rd newtown ct, all x rays and information listed.

Mickey is my 11 year olds ESA that was picked for her after her third open heart surgery this past December with her pacemaker implanted. This fur baby has brought so much joy and happiness in such a small time and I will do anything possible to keep him strong!
