I am raising funds to help a young person (THUMMA KOTAIAH) from an extremely disadvantaged background in my hometown Nalgonda, who has been diagnosed with a serious congenital heart condition and urgently needs open-heart surgery.

This individual was born with Ebstein’s anomaly, a rare condition in which a heart valve is abnormally formed and leaks severely. Over time, this has caused enlargement of the right side of the heart and placed dangerous strain on the heart’s function. Doctors have clearly advised that surgical repair is necessary to prevent the condition from worsening and to give this person a chance at a normal, healthier life.

Sadly, the person affected comes from a family with very limited financial means, lacking even basic living facilities. Accessing advanced cardiac care is far beyond what they can afford. Without help, this life-saving surgery may remain out of reach.

This fundraiser is being created purely out of human concern and compassion—to ensure that poverty does not decide someone’s fate when treatment is available.
