Hi, we are the Dockery Family. We've been working hard and doing our best to pay bills and stay afloat. For a long while, we were succeeding. Last year, my truck was down and needed repairs, and my company had no work for me. We struggled through that but came out of it with my truck fixed and a new job with at least 5 years of full-time work. We applied for mortgage assistance and were approved for the 3-month trial. We made it through the trial but had a miscommunication with the bank and ended up starting the program a second time. It ended up taking over a year to complete the process. At the end of the trial, when it was time to sign the paperwork again, we got hit with 2 unexpected negative points on our credit that is preventing us from moving forward. Now we face foreclosure. We have a month to pay $11,000 or we lose our house.
