Urgent Help Needed to Save Union memb Mike Palmer Sr's House

Raising funds on behalf of my fellow family member & 36 yr Union brother of IATSE Local 76 in his financial crisis.

We are asking for help to save Mike Palmer Sr's house of 39 years residence.

In 2020 the house was reluctantly refinanced to Jr for his business venture with Jr's promise of repayment within 2 years. The business was a failure. Thus resulting into Jr making payments for the past 4 yrs.

On August 2024 Mike went to the bank inquiring of a loan to repair his only vehicle. He was denied due to non-payment of the recently refinanced home loan.

If not for Mike's inquiry he would not have discovered that Jr is behind by 3 months of non-payments. Bank has informed Mike the past 3 months payments are due in full by the end of August 2024. Jr has stated he will not repay loan or be making any future payments . Foreclosure will be in less than 2 weeks, any donations will be much appreciated.

Mike has always been a helpful, supportive, giving, and generous person to a fault. He is a recently retired Union (IATSE local 76) Executive Board Member being 70 yrs of age, with 36 yrs of outstanding membership and withholding a 16 year Treasurer position. Recently widowed of 48 years of marraige in 2021.

I am seeking help to save Mike through his unexpected foreclosure. In all the years I have known him he has never had to seek help. This time he needs the help.

Please help save his home of 39 years. Any donations will be appreciated.

Deadline is at the end of August 2024 and time is crucial in this dire predicament.
