It is with a heavy heart that I am reaching out today to ask for your support with my urgent need in replacing the roof of my home. I have made several requests with my insurance company, who keeps denying my request to replace it. Since I am a senior citizen on social security, I have looked into other options and programs that won’t be available to me for at least a year; however, after years of wear and several recent storms, my roof is beyond repair, it will take $15,000 to replace and poses a risk to my safety and well-being with constant leaks into my home. Unfortunately, the cost of replacement is higher than I can manage on my own, so I am seeking help.
