What a stressful year it’s been and continues to be.

The year started out recovering from triple bypass heart surgery. Luckily, that went well and recovery has been going good, but through it all, my well pump froze and needed to be replaced when I got out of the hospital. I was able to get that done so I had the necessities of life for a safe and healthy recovery.

Jump forward to the beginning of June and my well completely failed, the new pump burnt up from running dry, and I’ve been struggling to find financing and funds since then.

I’ve been using a 300-gallon tote, which I have been fortunate enough to fill thanks to my neighbor. At least I’ve been able to have a shower in my camper and water for my dogs. But cold weather is quickly approaching, and I need to get a well drilled so I have water to my house again before it’s too late.

I have been trying to get financing, grants, and have had no luck, so I’m biting my pride and asking for help so I can get this done.

The stress of not having running water in my house wears at me constantly as I worry about what I will do this winter if I can’t get a well drilled. Water is life, and it terrifies me to continue stressing about this. It’s not good for my heart, my mind, and my overall well-being.

Please, if you can help, I greatly appreciate it. I don’t know what to do at this point other than continue to save and pray for a miracle.

All funds are going directly to pay for the costs associated with drilling and hooking up the new well to my house.
