Urgent: Support Needed for Kitten's Amputation

Please help us with this kitten. I believe he is under 1 year old. He came one night with his leg dangling (maybe got run over by a car). We took him to the vet but he will need his leg amputated. The first visit was out of our budget and we got him pain medication but we are running out. We cannot afford the next bill. Please help in any way so he can get his surgery.
