Urgent: Support Needed for Hip Surgery

I'm supposed to have a hip replacement soon and received a call today that said that basically, insurance is useless. Now I have to be out of pocket a little more than $1500 in less than a month for them to do the surgery. I'm in massive pain and can use the help.
