Urgent Support Needed for Germán's Spine Cancer Treatment

This is Germán, a 4 year old Nicaraguan boy who has cancer in his spine. He can't walk and suffers daily. His family lives in poverty and cannot afford to take him to his scheduled chemotherapy appointments.
Our goal is to provide the economic and moral support he needs to overcome this terrible sickness. He needs someone to shuttle him and his grandma from Granada to Managua to receive chemo treatments. Also, he needs medicine, clothes, and healthy food. He is in dire need of immediate help, otherwise his condition will turn critical.
This project will last for many months. Your donations will be used for the following:
- Transportation from Granada (Carretera Malacatoya) to Managua for each of his chemotherapy visits, as well as any other medical appointments he requires (this will be for several months of treatment).
- All medical costs associated with the treatment.
- Healthy food (His current diet is high in sugar and is feeding his cancer and will eventually kill him if his habits don't change)
- Clean clothing
- Supplies (this included diapers, evaporated milk, wet wipes, etc)
- Various medicines (Due to the heat where he lives, his skin breaks out in rashes and bumps, and needs medicine to fight it).
