Urgent Support Needed for Clare Greyhound Sanctuary

Dear Friends,

We’re reaching out with a sincere and urgent request for help. After a difficult few months, we’re once again facing serious financial strain.

Each month, we’re raising less than it costs to run the rescue. The gap between income and expenses has been growing, and steadily depleting the limited funds we have left. This includes essential costs like food, vet care, transport, and daily needs for the dogs already in our care.

On top of this, our outstanding vet bills have increased, and our rescue van—crucial for transporting dogs safely—now needs repairs. To manage this growing pressure, we’ve had to make the incredibly hard decision to pause taking in new dogs until we can catch up.

This is not where we want to be. There are still so many greyhounds waiting for a safe place to land, and we want to be there for them. But to continue doing this work, we need your support now more than ever.

We’re aiming to raise €5,000 to help cover vet bills and van repairs so we can resume rescuing and rehoming as soon as possible. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to getting back on track.
