Idrees Ali Mohamed Ali Hassan, 24, has suffered a life-threatening injury requiring emergency neurosurgery and trauma care in Toronto. He is currently in the ICU, fighting for his life. We ask first and foremost that everyone keeps him in their duʿās and prayers during this critical time.

Idrees is a young man who carries immense responsibility, serving as the primary caregiver and provider for his mother and siblings who live abroad. Despite his young age, he has been the backbone of his family.

As Idrees begins this long and difficult journey to recovery, he will need our community’s support. Donations will go toward supporting his family financially and helping cover any costs associated with his recovery needs.

إدريس شاب يتحمل مسؤولية كبيرة، فهو المعيل الرئيسي لوالدته وإخوته المقيمين في الخارج. ورغم صغر سنه، إلا أنه كان سندًا قويًا لأسرته.

On behalf of our family, I would first like to sincerely thank Idrees’s friends and community members for their support during this very difficult time. May Allah reward them for their kindness and generosity.

My name is Mahmoud Ali Mohamed Ali Hassan, and I am Idrees’s brother. I confirm that Mensur Nuru, who created and manages the fundraiser “Urgent Support Needed After Idrees’s Life-Threatening Accident,” has our full knowledge and permission to organize and manage the funds on behalf of our family.

As our family has no immediate relatives in Canada, we entrusted Mensur, together with my cousin and close friends, to coordinate this fundraiser.
