A terrible tragedy has befallen a member of the IANT family, and we are reaching out to our many friends, community members and associates alike to ask for your help. Silvano Sanchez, who has been managing the landscaping at IANT for over 2 decades now has suffered a bad accident. While working on an unrelated project, a tree fell on Silvano damaging his spinal cord and breaking his leg. Silvano was taken by ambulance to Presbyterian Hospital where he underwent spinal surgery and a cast for his leg and is currently in the ICU.

The initial target for this fund-raiser has been set to cover the immediate costs Silvano is incurring at a rapid rate. We plan to increase the target in future once we have a better idea of the real cost of medical & rehabilitation bills. Future costs are likely to run into multiple tens of thousands, but hitting this initial target as soon as possible will remove immediate stress from the family allowing them to focus purely on Silvano's care for now.
