Urgent Support for Shaina's Palliative Care

My name is Maria Rowena Baidan and I am fundraising for my best friend/sister Shaina Mascardo Pineda.

URGENT UPDATE: Since Shaina was diagnosed with tongue cancer in 2022, she has experienced ups and downs with her illness. There have been good days when she could enjoy normal activities and time with loved ones and friends. However, there have also been difficult days filled with numerous treatments, doctor visits, and significant pain and discomfort.

Now, her cancer has worsened, and sores have spread throughout her entire mouth and chin, necessitating palliative care. Additionally, the infection has spread to healthy tissues, and she also suffers from other chronic conditions, making daily living challenging. All food and medication are now administered in liquid form through a feeding tube.

To cover the costs of necessary care and medical treatment, we urgently need to raise $30,000 within the next two weeks. These funds will go towards medication, doctor's visits, procedures, and general care expenses.
