Hello everyone,

I am writing to you today with desperate plea for assistance regarding the hospital bills for my son Lucas Zachary B. Tabanas, who is currently a patient at The Medical City, Ortigas.

Lucas Zachary was admitted to the hospital on October 15, 2025 due to RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus). RSV is a contagious virus that causes infections of lungs and respiratory tract. Since my 1 year old son was severely infected by the virus, I was advised by the doctors that he requires intensive treatment and close monitoring that is why Lucas is now in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the hospital. We are in a difficult financial situation, and as of now, our 6th day, our running bill is now on ₱700k++. We are unable to cover this huge amount The billing section said that we need to settle atleast 50% of the amount up UNTIL TODAY only, oct 21, 2025 unless, they’ll pause charge all of my son’s medication and procedures.

And I know that the Hospital is too expensive but please forgive me for I know that this hospital will help my son to be treated. We also tried to other government hospitals unfortunately they cannot accommodate us because their facilities were full. I'm just a parent who loves my son so much and will do everything to save him

We are requesting any amount you can offer to help us cover the cost of the medical services.
