Urgent Support for Iris's Family Relocation

Hello, my name is Iris. My family and I stumbled on some heartbreaking news. We were told by my landlord's property manager today that the house we are renting is unlivable due to the roof leaking, causing mold, and the walls caving in. There is nowhere else for my family and me to go.

The property manager did find another home for us, but due to paying rent and me being a stay-at-home mom with my husband being the only one working, we don't have the funds.
