Urgent Support for Dynasty's Housing

Hi, my name is Dynasty Wood. I just turned 23. I've been renting a room for about 4 years with my partner. Recently, my landlord passed away and now they're giving us a month, maybe 2, to get out and we have no place to go. I don’t have much work due to all my health situations and the location I reside in. I would appreciate anyone who can help at this time. I am disabled and just wanna be put into a safe home.
