Urgent Support for Dog's Life-Saving Surgery

My dog has been suffering from this hernia since last year. It got worse over the past months. She had surgery like 3 years ago, and the hernia came back. She is in so much pain. Day by day, she is getting worse and is in need of emergency surgery as soon as possible. It's been hard trying to make ends meet to save up for her surgery, and time is winding down.
