Ash’s Story – A Brave Soul Who Deserves a Second Chance

Our rescuer in Dubai received a message that changed everything. At one of her feeding stations, a worker had noticed a black cat lying on the ground, blood on his tail. The moment the rescuer saw the photo, their heart sank — they knew they had to act fast.

Ash was rushed to the vet, where it was discovered that his tail was badly injured. He underwent a tail amputation, but the wound didn’t heal properly, so a second surgery was needed. In addition to his tail, Ash also received a castration and dental cleaning to ensure his overall health.

Through all of this, Ash never gave up. Even in pain, he looked up with those big, trusting eyes, his courage and will to live inspiring everyone around him.

Thanks to the incredible vet team, Ash has the care he needs. But the cost of his surgeries, hospitalisation, and follow-up treatments are overwhelming. The rescuer cannot cover it alone, and every penny raised will go directly toward the care that saved his life.

Ash didn’t deserve the suffering he endured. He is one of many forgotten souls in Dubai who survive only because someone stops to care.
