Urgent Support for AkiFae's Safe Relocation

Hello, I'm AkiFae. I don't know what to do so I'm making this GoFundMe in hopes that we'll find help.

We have a mold issue in our house that is running rampant. Our realty company hasn't responded to us since November when our dishwasher broke. They still won't respond to us now. They left us without heat for 5 months, with scalding hot water for 6 months, and now refuse to answer us about this mold issue when we first contacted them last year about the mold. It has now spread significantly.

At this point, we need to just move out. I have spent all morning calling general contractors for coding help, the attorney general's office, county health inspection, building inspection, and legal aid, and I have just been sent from phone number to phone number running in circles. I am chronically ill, and I can't keep my son in the house any longer.

I'm honestly out of options on what to do other than asking for help to move. I've even contacted my state's rental assistance and they only have vouchers for veterans or those suffering from HIV. All of the neighboring churches are out of assistance, so this has been my last resort.

To break down what the $7k will be used for:

The cheapest home I found to move into around the same rent range as now is $1495.

They require 1st month's rent, last month, and deposit.

Along with a pet deposit and moving fees.

I'm honestly probably undercutting myself but I'll figure that out when I get there.

This house is available September 16th. So any help would be amazing, we're in between our lease right now, so it's the perfect time to attempt to flee this home. I'm trying to file complaints with the real estate commission but I've only been able to leave voice mails. And according to the attorney general's office my complaint could be me being evicted...so I'm desperate to get my family out of this house.
