Urgent Support for a Disabled Trans Woman's Housing

I am a disabled trans woman who needs to find new living arrangements in the next month. I am 42 years old with a grand total of 5 years of work experience spread across my life, the most recent of which was 10 years ago. I find myself in need of new living arrangements in the next month, and I have no money and no way of acquiring money in a timely fashion. I would like to stay in New Jersey or perhaps move to New York state, as I have food and healthcare benefits here and know how to navigate those systems in New York.
