Bart Draper is the patriarchy of our family system. After recently being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, which led to the amputation of his leg, our family needs your support. He has modeled strength and independence while caring for everyone but himself his entire life. His story reflects the resilience that lives throughout generations of Drapers, and he has brought each and everyone of us the gift of voice, perseverance, and dedication to the values that hold us together. We are facing the painful reality that our grandfather, father, and pillar of our family system is in need of extended support to cover medical expenses to make the rest of his life functional and liveable.

The cruel reality is that his house, as it stands, is not suitable for his new life. We, as his family, are working hard to make it possible for him to stay in his home. His bathroom needs a full remodel in order for him to live the quality of life any human ethically needs. This news was a sudden shock for our family, and we've had very little time to prepare for such expenses.

This is the one grandfather left breathing this beautiful air we share together. His life and quality of living conditions are at risk, and we are doing the best we can to provide the vital changes needed to make functioning in his own home possible.
