Hi, my name is Nadine and I am creating this fundraiser to support someone I know personally, who is going through one of the most difficult moments of his life. I used his taxi driving services in the past and he has always been a very helpful, humble and kind person.

He had to leave his job abroad and urgently return to his home country after his 16 year old son was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, he has been by his son’s side, focusing entirely on his treatment and care.

His son is currently fighting stage 3 cancer. The cancer has spread, but the doctors have said that it is still treatable with proper care. This situation is urgent, as treatment needs to continue without delay.

The situation is even more difficult because the hospital where his son is being treated is around 250 km away from their home. This means constant travel, accommodation, and additional expenses. At the same time, the father is no longer working, as he had to stop his job to take care of his child.

The first chemotherapy cycle alone cost around 200,000 PKR (approximately €600–700), including tests, hospital stay, and medication. While some support exists in Pakistan, many of the costs still have to be covered, especially at the beginning of treatment.

This fundraiser is to help cover:

• Chemotherapy treatments

• Medical tests and hospital care

• Medication

• Travel and accommodation

• Basic living expenses during treatment

Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference and help give this young boy a chance to recover and live a full life.
