We live in a small mountain town where it snows and most people have a wood burning stove. We have been using electric heaters to heat our home. We now have a 4000 electric bill we can't pay. We have til Wednesday. To somehow pay the bill or it WILL be shut off. Yes I have tried to get agencies to help. I'm at a dead end. Please help me keep my electricity on. I need a huge miracle.
