Help Barbara with her daughter and keep her home safe

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and an urgent request for help.

Barbara, a dedicated and compassionate team member of our work family, is facing every parent’s worst nightmare. Her daughter was recently involved in a devastating car accident and is now in critical condition. She has been approved for a life-saving transplant and will be transported to a specialized facility in DC for urgent care.

Barbara needs our support to travel to DC and be by her daughter’s side during this critical time. No mother should have to worry about travel costs while their child fights for their life.

But the struggle doesn’t end there.

Barbara is also facing a crisis at home. Her roof has been deemed uninsurable due to its condition, and she is now at risk of losing her homeowners insurance — and with it, the stability of her home. Replacing the roof is urgent and essential, but the cost is overwhelming, especially in the midst of a medical emergency.

1. Travel and living expenses so Barbara can stay close to her daughter during her transplant and recovery.

2. A full roof replacement so Barbara can maintain her insurance and protect her home.
