My name is Allan Cancinos and our roof needs to be replaced before we lose our insurance, and before a hurricane rips our current rotted roof off the house. Our current roof is 19 years old, rotted in several places (pictures forthcoming when it's safe to climb). We have leaks in one room, and water is affecting our wiring and shorting our breaker.

A complication is that we have solar panels on both sides of the roof that need to be removed before and reinstalled after the roof is replaced, and none of us are qualified or capable of doing the work ourselves.

I have pictures of the two estimates we received so far. One for over $20,000 USD and one for nearly $14,000 USD.
