Urgent Roof Repair for Home

Hey friends, any help is appreciated. I am in a terrible bind. I need major roof repair and I’m short financially. I have no access to the equity in my home due to the home being in my mother's name, who is, of course, deceased. I have not financially been able to do probate. If you see fit to help, please do so and know that it’s truly appreciated from the bottom of my heart. I have been physically ill from the anxiety and stress and now, not to mention, I’m dealing with my air conditioner on the blink, waiting for contractors on that matter.

This is something that I hate to do and never thought I would, but I have to reach out, put my pride down, and ask for your help collectively.
