URGENT Help rescue injured cat from Greece

Hi everyone. This is my first time asking the world for help, and I’m on my hand and knees begging on behalf of this injured, sweet, loving, and beautiful kitty that’s been attached to me in Milos,Greece.
As you may know, Greece has one of the world’s largest most uncontrolled stray cat problem. When visiting Greece, I found hundreds if not thousands, and I know the reality that I cannot do much to help all of them.
However, this kitty “Milos” is different. I named her “Milos” because that’s where I found her and she came enthusiastically every time I called her that. She lives in the small fisherman town “Kilma,” and can be found by the water away from all other kitties.
She is visibly struggling, and needs immediate medical attention; tip of her ear cut off, blood in ear, mucus discharge in eyes and nose, limp when she walks, etc. I will spend every penny I have saved to help this little girl and am humbly asking for any help you can provide. I don’t know anyone in Greece and am struggling by myself. She needs to be transported to the mainland, where a vet can help me give her a shot at a healthy chance of life, which will be expensive, but she’s worth it. She stayed by my door for two days straight, and would try to sit in the door crack, so I couldn’t close it, and this morning bundled up in my luggage as I was packing to leave. Leaving her bundled in my towel on a bench today has me gutted. I haven’t given up on rescuing her.
I’m 22 years old and don’t have the financial capability to change flights, add extra nights, and stay in Greece. I need to return back to the States for work, but cannot fathom leaving her behind. Please help me.
