**Urgent Appeal for Help – Please Help Save Her Life **
Dear friends and kind-hearted people,
With deep respect, we are reaching out during an incredibly difficult time.
A beloved member of a family, a 50-year-old woman, is courageously fighting **advanced ovarian cancer**. Although she has already undergone surgery, her most recent CT scan shows that the cancer has not been fully removed:
A tumor measuring approximately 4.4 cm still remains in her abdomen
The disease has spread within the abdominal area, with multiple small metastases detected
This means the cancer is at an advanced stage and requires urgent treatment
Doctors have emphasized that to stop the progression of the disease and save her life, she urgently needs **at least 8 cycles of chemotherapy**.
Unfortunately, the cost of each treatment cycle is extremely high—around **150,000 Afghanis (approximately $750 CAD)**—and we are unable to afford the full cost on our own.

سلام و احترام خدمت دوستان و انسانهای نیکوکار
یکی از اعضای خانواده ما (خانم ۵۰ ساله) به سرطان تخمدان مبتلا است. با وجود انجام عمل جراحی، متأسفانه طبق نتیجه سیتیاسکن اخیر، بیماری هنوز بهطور کامل از بین نرفته و:
یک توده سرطانی به اندازه حدود ۴.۴ سانتیمتر هنوز در داخل شکم باقی مانده
همچنان بیماری به بخشهای دیگر داخل شکم پخش شده و چندین دانه کوچک (متاستاز) دیده شده
این وضعیت نشان میدهد که بیماری در مرحله پیشرفته قرار دارد و نیاز به درمان فوری دارد
پزشکان تأکید کردهاند که برای جلوگیری از پیشرفت بیشتر بیماری و نجات جان ایشان، باید حداقل ۸ دوره کیموتراپی بهصورت عاجل انجام شود.
متأسفانه هزینه هر دوره درمان بسیار سنگین است و ما توان پرداخت کامل آن را نداریم. در این شرایط دشوار، امید ما بعد از خداوند، به کمک و همدلی شما عزیزان است
