My name is Martina Rankine, and I grew up in the small community of Mount Peto in Hanover, Jamaica. Like many of my fellow Jamaicans living abroad, I feel the deep fatigue and heartbreak as we witness the devastation left by Hurricane Melissa.

I am reaching out on behalf of Mount Peto and the surrounding areas like affected by the hurricane. We are in urgent need of assistance to raise funds for residents who have lost everything due to the storm.

All donations will be used to purchase essential items, including sleeping bags, towels, hygiene supplies, food and other necessities for those displaced and currently living in shelters.
