On January 1, 2026, my contract role ended unexpectedly. That job was my only source of income. Since then, I have been applying daily, reaching out to recruiters, networking, and searching for full-time, contract, and remote opportunities. Despite doing everything I can, I have not secured employment yet.

Because of this sudden loss of income, I have been unable to pay my January and February rent, and March is now uncertain.

I have officially received a notice to vacate, and my eviction court date is scheduled for March 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

This has been one of the most mentally and emotionally overwhelming seasons of my life. Losing stability all at once is something you never think will happen to you until it does.

I do not have dependents, and I do not have nearby family support. That means there are very few safety nets available to me during this time. While the leasing staff at my apartment complex has been understanding, without income, the situation cannot be avoided.

I am not giving up.

I am actively searching for:

• Full-time roles

• Contract opportunities

• Remote positions

• Referrals or leads of any kind

Right now, I urgently need help to prevent eviction and cover past-due rent before my court date or during my appeal process which grants me 5 more days after court.
