Urgent Plumbing Help Needed for Home and Cats

Hullo! I'm a disabled agoraphobe presently in a bit of a pickle; the short of it being: I've been without running water for about a week now, and need help raising funds to hire a plumber.

I've been buying bottled water using SNAP benefits (currently my only source of income) to get by in the interim, but that gets expensive pretty quick—and cuts into the actual food budget, besides.

You can see above where part of the bathroom floor has collapsed (and I've tried to stuff it with tiles and plastic bags to prevent more flies from swarming in from the crawl space underneath) from what was a small, undetected leak from somewhere within the wall. That little leak suddenly became a much bigger gusher, leading to me having to shut the water off at the main until repairs can be made.

The cats and I would appreciate any help we can get!
