My name is ahmed Aldirawi and I work as a towing driver in buffalo NY. Dear friends, supporters, and kind-hearted strangers,
I’m writing today with a heavy heart. Several months ago, I started this GoFundMe with the hope of helping my family escape the war in Gaza. Unfortunately, we were not able to make that happen. Since then, the situation has only gotten worse — much worse.
My family is still in Gaza, and they are now facing a devastating humanitarian crisis. There is barely any food available, and the little that exists is outrageously expensive — prices have gone up more than 10 to 20 times what they used to be. Most people can no longer afford basic items like rice, bread, flour, vegetables, or clean water
There is little to no electricity. Internet and communication are almost completely cut off. Access to medicine and healthcare is nearly impossible. My family is doing everything they can just to survive another day, and they are running out of options.
That’s why I’m updating this GoFundMe. This is no longer about escape — this is about survival. Every dollar raised here will go directly toward helping my family in Gaza afford food, clean water, medicine, and other essential needs. I’m doing everything I can on my end, but the reality is: I need help.
If you are able to donate — no matter how small — it will make a huge difference. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this with others. The people of Gaza, especially innocent families and children, are suffering in silence. Anything you can do to help means the world.
Thank you for reading, thank you for caring, and thank you for standing with humanity in a time when compassion is needed the most
