We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for help for our dear friend Pamela, who is facing an urgent and heartbreaking crisis. Pamela is an older, loving soul — the kind of person who shows up for everyone. She’s a devoted friend, a reliable coworker, and someone who has always offered kindness without hesitation. But now, she needs us.

Recently, Pamela was involved in a horrific moped accident that changed her life in an instant. She suffered devastating injuries, including a shattered hip and a crushed pelvis, and is now facing a long, painful recovery. While her medical bills will thankfully be covered, the accident revealed a devastating gap: the other driver’s insurance does not cover lost wages. Pamela is unable to work and has no income during this critical healing period.

Because of this sudden tragedy, Pamela is now facing eviction. She needs to raise $4,500 to cover rent and keep a roof over her head while she recovers. No one should have to choose between healing and homelessness.
