Hi everyone. I am Nicole a single mom of 3 boys. I have always been the one to lend a hand or help others when they are facing hard times. Now I found myself in a dire situation. My landlord gave us 30 days to move. Due to no fault of our own. He is emptying out the building completely. He is doing this so he can charge whatever rent he wants to charge as the building is rent controlled this is the only way he can do this. I have already been in contact with the town and legal services and resources I will be applying for anything I can however we only have 30 days to move. I used my security deposit during covid when I was out of work and landlord said I didn’t need to replenish it. So now in 30 days we have to find a place as close as possible for the kids school and somewhere that allows cats. Plus come up with the first months rent and security which feels impossible at this time. Any little bit you can help with would be greatly appreciated. I can hardly eat or sleep this stress is literally killing me. Thank you in advance. ❤️
