It’s Christmas, and the pellet stove keeps dying. They have had it checked a few times. They don't make this model anymore, and they cant find parts. She was told they need a new pellet stove. And she can not afford a new or used one.

She is a single grandparent raising grandchildren. So, I am asking for her myself. Any help at all is greatly appreciated before it dies completely. They wake up every night, and the house is freezing. Her pride is probably getting in her way.
