After 20 years of weekly use, the time has finally come to retire our goalposts. Following a recent safety inspection, they have been officially condemned and deemed unsafe for use. Because the equipment is no longer fit for purpose, continuing to play with them puts our insurance at risk and, more importantly, compromises the safety of our players. As it stands, we cannot host our remaining home games this season.

Our Goal: £2,000

We need to raise £2,000 immediately to purchase and install regulation-standard, safe goalposts. This is a significant unexpected cost for a grassroots club, and we are reaching out to our supporters, players, and the wider community to help us bridge the gap.

• Lifetime Board: £500 for a permanent 2400 x 600mm aluminium dibond sign.
