Urgent needs for bills and repairs

I left a job to take care of my Mom with Alzheimer's. When she passed away last July, I had no income, and she had no life insurance. It took until November to find a job that didn't quite pay the bills, and it turned out to be temporary. I didn't qualify for unemployment because I didn't make enough during the base period, which was when I was taking care of Mom.

I started a business teaching piano & voice out of my home, since I have a Master's degree in music, however I don't have enough students to make it yet. I have confidence that I can be successful at this endeavor, as I love teaching AND music. They bring me joy. I'm just not there yet. The almost-debilitating stress of not knowing whether or not I'll be able to make my mortgage and car payments each month is draining me emotionally. I have not been able to get a business loan due to outstanding student loans.

I need help with medical bills, household repairs and utility bills. I went to the ER with back pain last month, and the balance will be coming out of my account for the next five months. Next month's bills are not covered.

I'm SO close to being okay. I'm working on finding solutions feverishly. As with taking care of Mom, I have had no support. I have had to reach out on Facebook for assistance with prescriptions and help with yard work. I truly want to be independent, and it's very difficult for me to ask for help. I have promised that every bit of help I get will be paid forward, and have already given lessons to a couple of students who can't afford them, to work towards that end.
