Urgent need to pay pension fee for 30 resque dogs!

Hi,my name is Irma and I save stray dogs in Bosnia and dogs who are chanded outside and abused! Winter is here and its very cold in Bosnia!-15 at night,-3 during the day! I have 30 dogs in pension waiting to be adopted... my pension has heating but I need to pay for that!!I cant do this alone!!! Please,please help my dogs and me!!!Thank You so much in advance❤️Irma.
