Urgent need of A Surgery to treat my daughters Spina Bifida

Hi My name is Christofer John Dela Cruz and seeking help to please help us raise money for my newborn daughter Akisha’s upcoming surgery to treat her SPINA BIFIDA. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.

Spina bifida is a birth defect in which there is incomplete closing of the spine and the membranes around the spinal cord during early development in pregnancy.

Me and my family are doing our best we can to raise funds but it is still not enough. We are required to get the surgery done as soon as possible to prevent further damage and complications.
