URGENT NEED!! Help Laura fight cancer!

This page has been put together for Laura Eifert Worden by her family to help her with her medical expenses. Last week Laura found out that she has a cancerous tumor surrounding her kidney and the kidney needs to be removed. Unfortunately, the surgery can't be done until she prepays for the procedure, which is expected to be November 20th. She is not insured and is not yet old enough to qualify for Medicare. The total need for her medical expenses at this time is $35,000 but the IMMEDIATE need is for $18,000 to cover the costs associated with the surgery.

As friends and family, we want to help Laura. First and foremost, we ask for your prayers for God's healing touch and to meet this need. As expected, Laura is handling this as best as she can but is overwhelmed because it was unexpected that she will have to come up with the funds to pay for the surgery in advance.

Any donations large or small are certainly appreciated! We would love to have the immediate expenses covered by November 13th to make sure there is no delay in having the surgery. If you know anyone who may be interested in giving, please pass this along.
