Hello everyone,

I have a situation that I need help with. I can't give you very many details, but suffice it to say that I wouldn't ask if we had a lot of options. I have a close friend whose son was in a terrible accident and is receiving care at Harborview Medical Center. No insurance. I won't detail the injuries, but will say they are significant.

The urgent need is housing in Seattle for my friend and the son in between admissions. Several surgeries and rehab is indicated. I am asking for those that are able to donate whatever you can so that I can help provide food and housing during this period when we are trying to figure everything out. As you know, Seattle is expensive.

I know that everyone is in a tight situation now, but if you have even a few dollars to spare, it would be appreciated. 100% will go to my friend who is in this devastating situation. I figured I could cloud source among my friends and colleagues as right now the need is just food/housing.

If anyone has any leads on housing near Harborview, please reach out to me as well and I will pass them on.
