URGENT move of disabled senior & disabled mother

My partners wheelchair bound marine veteran father lives in a very corrupt assisted living facility where theft has occurred with his finances and he is in an urgent need to leave this place.

My partner and I are taking on his care as he is very depressed and suicidal without his family or a community.

After encountering nothing by phishing scams and homes without handicapped accessibility we happened upon a first floor wheelchair accessible home for multigenerational living that is truly a GODSEND for all of us involved.

However ALL of this news just occurred in a very short time span with no ability to save up money for the very large deposit the landlord is insisting on with no option of spreading out the deposit payments.

The amount of funds requested reflects a portion of the payment needed to move in. We will be more than ok to pay the monthly rent, it is just that it's impossible to come up with 6k a week into knowing this is happening and NEEDS to happen.

If this slips through our fingers an elderly wheelchair bound veteran stroke victim will be homeless.
