Urgent Medical Matter; Jennifer needs your help!

 For many years I've been making light of my distressing medical situation, but the truth is that an expert team of (medical professionals including) a therapist, medical doctors, and surgeons all vehemently agree: I need $75,000 for vital, life-changing, medically necessary surgeries. Instead of doing what I have always done, quietly powering through and worrying alone, I am doing the most difficult task of my life: asking for help. Now, at home, it is caring for my husband, a disabled US Army veteran, and our dog, BB King, my husband’s service dog. By helping to fund this surgery, you are creating the hope and possibility that I can continue in my career, and be active enough to enjoy my life, my family, and my future grandchildren. I have been suffering physically and psychologically with chronic pain and infection for a very long time… and it is the expert medical opinion that I will continue to experience ongoing pain every day of my life until I am able to access this treatment. After an extensive series of physical and psychological evaluations, my team of doctors and I have arrived at a comprehensive surgical plan which we are confident will provide massive relief to my pain and radically improve my life. My entire care team agrees that it is profoundly urgent for me to begin treatment as soon as possible. We have already spent most of our savings trying to access care. I have been fighting hard to get some of the procedures covered by my health insurance, but even in the best-case scenario I will only be able to get them to cover a small fraction of the treatment plan my doctors have put together.
