My name is Shonda, and I am asking for help obtaining proper medical care for two serious health conditions: Aberrant Right Subclavian Artery, (A.R.S.A.) and Emphysema. A.R.S.A is a Congenital Vascular Condition that causes significant swallowing difficulties and Frequent Choking Episodes making even simple meals challenging. In addition I live with Emphysema which affects my breathing and limits my daily activities.
