*Urgent Medical Emergency: Please Help Save My Cousin Sister’s Life*

My name is Deepthi Akuthota, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart, seeking your urgent help for my cousin sister Kanchi Kalyani and her family, who are facing an unimaginable tragedy.

On June 12th, 2025, while Kalyani and her husband Kanchi Venkat were on their way from Hyderabad to Karnataka to seek blessings at a temple for her birthday on June 13th, their lives changed forever. A drunken truck driver crashed into their car near Vikarabad, causing a devastating accident.

Tragically, Kanchi Venkat died on the spot.

Kalyani sustained multiple bone fractures and severe internal injuries. Due to ongoing internal bleeding, doctors are currently unable to perform the critical surgeries she desperately needs. Her condition is extremely fragile, and time is running out.

Daughter, Pooja, a bright student pursuing her studies at NIT Srinagar, was so shocked by the sudden loss and trauma that she went to unconscious and suffering from medical issues after hearing the news.

My family is broken — emotionally, physically, and financially.

We have already spent everything we could on emergency medical care. There is no one left to support them, and they are in urgent need of funds for:

Life-saving surgeries and treatment for Kalyani

Continued medical care and monitoring for Pooja

Basic living expenses in this time of complete crisis
